Since we have grown strongly in recent years and our clientele is only increasing, we are looking for an Event Safety Coordinator to join our team in order to continue to offer the known quality.


As an Event Safety Coordinator you will be responsible for file management and administrative tasks. You will manage your own projects/events. For these projects you follow the entire process from A to Z. You collect the necessary information from the customer and the subcontractors, you prepare a safety file and risk analysis for the project, you check whether all the necessary certificates and documents for the project are in order, you maintain contact with the emergency services, you check the event location whether all measures to be taken have also been implemented in practice, you carry out safety coordination at events,…

In addition, you will be assigned specific side projects such as material management for the rental department or organizing training courses or information days. Furthermore, all colleagues are expected to provide administrative support at the office. Because many hands make the work easier.


Are you dynamic, flexible, meticulous in administrative tasks and eager to learn? Are you also multilingual and do you have knowledge of Dutch, French and English? Then you are someone who will definitely fit into our team.

Have you obtained at least a professional bachelor's degree? Great! But do you also have a prevention advisor diploma? Even better!

You have a B driving license and have your own car is a plus.
